Safe and Sound is a small private therapy and consultation practice serving the South Puget Sound area. Virtual services are also available for anyone residing in Washington state.

The mission of Safe and Sound is simple: to improve the lives of neurodivergent individuals and families. As a counseling practice, we work to provide a warm, welcoming space for neurodivergent clients to be heard, understood, uplifted and empowered. Through professional consultation and education, we promote awareness and understanding of neurodivergent experiences, and provide tailored instruction on how to adopt truly neurodivergent-affirming practices within professional settings.
